The hotel have been refurbished last year. Room was basic but clean as it is a budget hotel, and for the price i paid, i do not expect a luxury room from a five star hotel. Location was excellent as it is basically opposite the Pudu Bus terminal and closed to all tourist spots.

Good location - nearby shopping area- Chinatown and just opposite to bus stataion .It is easy to take public transport and enjoy many types of food just around the corner. Room condition is good with all required facilities . Blanket , pillow and beedsheet are clean . Counter staff are friendly and helpful . I will recomend this hotel to friend from outstataion and oversea who like to visit KL and stay in a hotel with worth for money .

Good wifi connection. They actually serve breakfast! It was simple but good considering its a budget hotel. Location was also ok although what annoys me is that taxi drivers often gets confused which Ev World Hotel to drop us.
the 'open toilet' with glass walls and door. I was staying in the family room yes, there are two toilets but the 'glass toilet' was my least favourite because the glass doesn't cover up to the ceiling.

The location of this hotel is just in the front of Puduraya bus terminal and in 10 minutes walk to Bukit Bintang. You also just walking to get to Dataran Merdeka. I think, this hotel located in a very best location in downtown Kuala Lumpur so make you easy to go anywhere.

Iy is fairly good location in city. Service facilities for rooms need to be improving. Water supply system for the rooms not in sufficient level.
Conversation with your staffs is very difficlt so you have to improve that system. Your system for obtaining traveling information from office to be improving.

Price was reasonable, though a few hidden costs on arrival that increased the price a bit. Close to bus station, Chinatown and large shopping complexes. Sorry, forget their names..
Television didn't work and when we asked for it to be fixed the picture was still so poor it was unwatchable. Apart from that everything was pretty good.

we got a free member card which we can spend the poins to food and beverage there. so free snacks and breakfast
the cleanliness and we feel like being 'cheated' by the owner. she brought us to ev world at shahalam, she told us that there were many beautiful places to visit and food to taste. but it's nothing there and the only thing we can a bit enjoy is the i-city. and its really hard to find taxi there. we think that because we went there in peak season and many people are looking for hotel, so they send us somewhere else quiet so she can sell the room in puduraya which is more crowded.
